I am a sinner, for sinners see through me
The actions that I take, have a limit claimed by He
And yet the consequences I say I foresee
I still choose the wrong then I simply proceed

The image that I portray of a Christian is not greatly received
When people look into my eyes, they see the pity, the delay
The devil sets us up in a relay testing if you're the first to betray
Day by day I go through obstacles in wanting to stay
Beside God's side walking in the light, the right way
I am a sinner, for sinners see through me
If I battle yet with monsters, a monster I would be
I'll soon be there in the spiritual world of the deceived
But my relationship with He would surely give me relief
The optimism stays, I live with vitality
My sins, the insanity gives the devil his mentality
When the other sinners tend to see, it brings bliss at no cause
Then they see me, say it's okay its His loss
I refuse to fall, the devil slowly withdraws
From this game, I win, this battle with my flaws
Big things come in small packages with God's love
Bend down on two knees, pray to the one who's above
All my sins are then washed away
Still I am a sinner, but I seek better days.
